We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a Refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We DO NOT accept returns. This is strictly due to safety and hygiene-related concerns. All of our products and handcrafted and hand packaged, and if items were shipped out and returned, there is no instance where the items would be reused, repurposed, or resold for safety and hygiene concerns. If there is an issue with your order or items within your order, please Contact Us directly and we will do whatever we can to make the situation right!

Refunds cannot be given on Gift Card purchases

We will notify you once we have reviewed your refund request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please, remember that it can take some time for your bank, credit card company, etc. to process and post the refund.
